Something Sweet Like HoneyUPDATE

Hello my friends!It’s been such a long time, hasn’t it? It’s so nice to finally rip SSLH out of jail. You have nooo idea how relieving it is.First and foremost, thank you for all of the love and support you have given this fic. I really cannot put it into words what it means to me. But everytime I considered giving up, I reread such kind comments and they kept me going. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart!I’d like to apologize for the hiatus. I was all over the place on whether to continue with this story or not. Truth be told, my motivation was completely shot. Between some drama and my own creative burnout, the break was well needed. I was accused of plagiarism (wrongfully, god forbid someone else write dark cryle lol sorry i’m trapped in 2008!) by a creator that I admired, and it had a big hand on my loss of motivation. Given this storie’s importance to me, it was absolutely soul crushing. Please do not press for details, I will ignore questions regarding this.I understand that this fic is long and tiresome to read. I won’t ask anyone to reread the entire story, and I don’t want to alienate returning readers that do not have the time, but want to be up to speed on future updates. So, I have compiled a short list of changes made per chapter!I will underline chapters and scenes I believe are worth a reread :) There is no pressure. You can treat this log as spark notes hehe

(SPOILERS FOR CHAPTERS 1-11)
✦ Chapter 1: Craig studied in Kingston, Rhode Island. He was interested in photography, a passion of his. But decided against it as it’s not lucrative of a field. Tweek’s eyes are hazel, golden rings around the pupils and a softer shade of green than Kyle’s.
✦ Chapter 2: Adjustment to dialogue, additional interaction between Stan and Kyle. (While not important, I think it’s sweet. It’s when Kyle goes back to the apartment.) Kenny expresses interest in Red (previously Bebe.)
✦ Chapter 3: Some Craig thoughts added, minor mentions of previous interactions when Kyle and Craig were in high school. Kyle used to come to Craig’s house to tutor him. Nothing else worth noting.
✦ Chapter 4: Kenny’s home life is expanded on. Kyle’s thoughts about Cartman are expanded a little. Kyle runs into Cartman and Wendy making out. Craig’s smell has changed, Kyle thinks he smells like cardamom and lightly of citrus.
✦ Chapter 5: Just touched up the smut. Nothing of note.
✦ Chapter 6: The smut scene at the end has been rewritten.
✦ Chapter 7: Journal entry removed.
✦ Chapter 8: Nothing of note.
✦ Chapter 9: Journal entry removed. Updated the ending scene with Yates and Tweek. Most to note here is that Harrison Yates is Craig’s dad’s cousin.
